Today is a day of conflicted emotions across the globe, following the loss of Michael Jackson yesterday, Neff has released a simple and powerful statement with their “Long Live the King” tee. it reminds us how great the King of Pop once was, and that no one will ever do it better than him. RIP MJ.

380 Miles on a skateboard!

A good friend, and popnow team skater 'Paul Underdown' will soon be embarking on a journey of large proportions. On July 24th he will be going from Maidstone Kent to Newquay in Cornwall, thats around 380 miles, entirely on skateboard! We will post up the skate schedule of stops soon. Maybe you and your friends can join Paul on a mile or two, or just have a skate at one of the many spots he will be visiting on the way...

This will be helping the following charities and good causes; Kent Air Ambulance, Save Southsea Skatepark and Also Skateistan.

Gravis iv Dylan Rieder

Gravis introduced two new signature models to their footwear collection, the Dylan Rieder Mid LX and Dylan shoe. Both feature luxurious leather, with Gravis’ signature flowing lines. The Dylan Mid LX in a black premium leather colourway, saw a release this May and will continue to ship through Fall 2009 while the Dylan shoe in the lead colorway will be a super limited release, at select retailers, be sure to see these offerings in-store on shelve at the 'popnow' store in August.

Began in 2004 by the International Association of Skateboard Companies (IASC), Go Skateboarding Day is a day for anyone and everyone to take a break from everything, get together with your bros, family and friends and go skateboarding. 'popnow' Store, 1st news to hit the net

'popnow' will be a store representing creativity, music, fashion, art and skateboarding culture, and will be coming to Maidstone in kent soon, as of the 1st of July pics will start to be posted as the shop-fit begins, we have had some deliveries already, the hardware and apparel are looking fresh, so are the hangers.

This blog will be home until the site is up and running, which is under construction as we speak, so be sure to hit us up on this blog for frequent updates on whats going on with 'popnow' Store and other snippets in an around our culture.
